Intellectual property
The “GetMyNews” name, logo, website and application are the property of Smartness Home. GetMyNews aggregates publicly available RSS feeds and links to the original articles: the news content, headlines and images belong to their respective publishers and remain governed by their own terms. GetMyNews claims no ownership over third-party content and always displays and links to the original source.
Copyright complaints (notice and takedown)
GetMyNews is a news aggregator that links to material published by third parties and does not host that content. If you are a rights holder and believe that material accessible through the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to contact@getmynews.online including, consistent with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512):
- your name and contact details;
- identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed;
- the specific URL, feed or card that identifies the material at issue;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law;
- a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
Once we receive a valid notice, we remove or disable access to the identified link promptly. As GetMyNews merely points to the publisher, removing the original article is a matter for the publisher who hosts it.
Advertising
The App is free and supported by advertising served by Google AdMob; there is no subscription and no in-app purchase.
